   • If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.

   • If the user did not receive the purchased item or credit due to a system failure.

   Note: Refunds will not be issued due to user error, including accidental purchases or misunderstanding of functionality.

4. Payment Gateway Fees

   In cases where a refund is approved, please note that payment gateway charges or banking transaction fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Cancellation Policy

   Since ShreeLudo.com offers digital content and in-game purchases, cancellations are not applicable once a transaction is completed. Users are advised to confirm their purchase details before proceeding with any transaction.
