Game coins and tokens
Premium subscriptions
In-game assets or boosts
One-time or recurring purchases
Once these digital goods are delivered to the user's account, they cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged. Therefore, no cancellations are permitted after a successful transaction.
Once a payment is successfully processed and the digital content is delivered or activated:
The transaction is considered final.
Cancellations are not allowed regardless of whether the digital product has been used.
This applies to both manual and auto-renewal payments.
We strongly encourage users to review their order details carefully before confirming any purchase.
If you have subscribed to any recurring (auto-renewal) service:
You may cancel future billing at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will only apply to future charges.
No refunds or cancellations are granted for the current billing cycle once the service has been activated.

While cancellations are generally not permitted, exceptions may apply in the following scenarios:
Duplicate transactions due to a technical error.
Payment processed but the service or credit was not delivered.
In such rare cases, users must notify our support team within 7 days of the transaction to initiate a resolution. Valid proof of error must be submitted for review.
If a user suspects that an unauthorized transaction was made on their account:
They must notify us immediately via email at support@shreeludo.com.
Our team will investigate and, if confirmed, may issue a refund or credit as per internal policy.

Cancel or suspend access to services for any account found in violation of our Terms of Use or involved in fraudulent activity.
Decline cancellation or refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
