At ShreeLudo.com, we are committed to providing high-quality digital entertainment and a seamless user experience. Due to the nature of our products and services, cancellations are handled in accordance with the terms outlined below.

  1. Digital Product & Service Nature

    All products and services offered by ShreeLudo.com are digital and non-tangible, including:

    • Game coins and tokens

    • Premium subscriptions

    • In-game assets or boosts

    • One-time or recurring purchases

    Once these digital goods are delivered to the user's account, they cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged. Therefore, no cancellations are permitted after a successful transaction.


  2. No Cancellation After Payment

    Once a payment is successfully processed and the digital content is delivered or activated:

    • The transaction is considered final.

    • Cancellations are not allowed regardless of whether the digital product has been used.

    • This applies to both manual and auto-renewal payments.

    We strongly encourage users to review their order details carefully before confirming any purchase.

  3. Auto-Renewal Subscription Cancellation

    If you have subscribed to any recurring (auto-renewal) service:

    • You may cancel future billing at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

    • Cancellation will only apply to future charges.

    • No refunds or cancellations are granted for the current billing cycle once the service has been activated.

  4. Technical or Duplicate Transactions

    While cancellations are generally not permitted, exceptions may apply in the following scenarios:

    • Duplicate transactions due to a technical error.

    • Payment processed but the service or credit was not delivered.

    In such rare cases, users must notify our support team within 7 days of the transaction to initiate a resolution. Valid proof of error must be submitted for review.

  5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Activity

    If a user suspects that an unauthorized transaction was made on their account:

    • They must notify us immediately via email at support@shreeludo.com.

    • Our team will investigate and, if confirmed, may issue a refund or credit as per internal policy.

  6. ShreeLudo.com’s Rights

    ShreeLudo.com reserves the right to:

    • Cancel or suspend access to services for any account found in violation of our Terms of Use or involved in fraudulent activity.

    • Decline cancellation or refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
